Authors
Maurice Esses:
Received his B.A. in mathematics from York University and his M.A. and Ph.D. in musicology from the University of Toronto. His Dance and Diferencias in Soain during the 17th and Early 18th Centuries was awarded the De la Torre Bueno First Prize for Significant Publication by the Dance Research Foundation. For the past 20 years Maurice has been engaged as a Supervising Developmental Editor at Pearson Canada, where he has guided authors in preparing more than 120 university and college textbooks in disciplines ranging from chemistry and economics to business law, political science, and nursing. He is an abid reader and takes pleasure in playing his English bentside spinet.
