Return requests must include the original invoice number and date. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If we send you the incorrect book, if the book is not as described, or if the book is damaged prior to or during shipment, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs.

If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for domestic shipments, or within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for international shipments, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs. If you provided us with an incomplete or inaccurate delivery address and the book is returned to us, we will refund the book price only.

In either case, you must contact Pendragon Press within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to receive a refund for an order lost in transit. If you are returning a book, it must be in the same condition it was when you received it, with the shrink-wrap intact.

Questions about shipping:

How are shipping charges determined?

We ship your books by UPS, using their most recent shipping rates. Shipping costs will vary depending on:

  • The location that your order is shipped to;
  • The weight of your book(s) and packaging material;
  • The shipping method you select at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated in the checkout process right after the shipping address is entered. You will have a chance to cancel your order at that time.

TIP: You will almost always save money on shipping charges when you order more than one book at a time!

How long will it take to receive my order?

Generally speaking, orders to addresses within the United States will be received within 7 days and orders to international addresses will be received within 14 days. Of course, this may vary during holidays or times of bad weather or natural disasters. If your order has not arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date for domestic shipments, or within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for international shipments, please contact us by emailing orders@pendragonpress.com or calling us at 877.656.6381 or 413.325.6100.

Like most website operators, Pendragon Press collects non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose in collecting non-personally-identifying information is to better understand how our visitors use the Pendragon Press website. From time to time, we may share non-personally-identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by reporting on trends in the usage of our website.

We only disclose logged in user and commenter IP addresses under the same circumstances that we use and disclose personally-identifying information as described below, except that commenter IP addresses are visible and disclosed to our site administrators.

Certain visitors to Pendragon Press’s website choose to interact with Pendragon Press in ways that require us to gather personally-identifying information. The amount and type of information that we gather depends on the nature of the interaction. For example, those who engage in transactions with Pendragon Press are asked to provide additional information, including as necessary the personal and financial information required to process those transactions. In each case, we collect such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Pendragon Press. Pendragon Press does not disclose personally-identifying information in any way, and visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain website-related activities.
