Discounts

All prices listed are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise agreed upon, the following dealer volume discounts will apply to your invoice:

• 1 Book = 20%
• 2-5 Books = 25%
• 6-10 books = 30%
• 11 or more books = 40%
• Standing Orders = 10%

Returns

You may request permision to return any book purchased directly from Pendragon Press within 60 days of delivery for credit against new purchases made within the next 90 days. Return requests must include the original invoice number and date. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns for overstock will be accepted and must include our Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Books must be returned in original shrink wrap and salable condition and shipped prepaid. Credits are pending until we receive the books, and if required, you must submit proof of delivery to our warehouse in order for credit to be issued. Authorized returns that are not in original shrink wrap or not in salable condition will not be credited. Out-of-print returns will not be credited. No returns can be accepted after 60 days from date of delivery. Please contact us to request further information.

Credits

Credit claims must reference our Return Merchandise Authorization Number, or the Return Number you provided on your return paperwork. We will not accept any credit claims that lack these references. Credits are not eligible for refund and expire 90 days after the date of issue.

Claims

Adjustments for short shipments or otherwise unsatisfactory merchandise must be requested within 15 days of delivery Please contact us at orders [at] pendragonpress.com or call (518) 325-6100 or fax (518) 325-6102 with your requests. Pendragon Press reserves the right to examine any merchandise claimed as defective, and to inspect merchandise and shipping records in shortage claims.

Payment Options

All orders must be prepaid unless otherwise agreed upon. All sales are in U.S. dollars and payments drawn on a US Bank. Invoice numbers MUST accompany payment. We accept Visa and MasterCard, International Money Orders and check (drawn on a US bank) if you are mailing an order.

International Payments

We encourage International Money Orders, or please contact us for alternative arrangements.

Bank Fees

There will be a US$25.00 fee added to any returned check. Bank charges accrued from any other manner of payment will be added to your next invoice.

Late Charges

Pendragon Press reserves the right to assess late charges on accounts which are past due. Interest charges of 1.5%/month (18%/year) will accrue on invoice balances beyond agreed terms. Extreme tardiness will result in third-party collection and suspension of of your account. Please contact us immediately with questions or issues with your account.

Shipping

Orders ship via UPS from our Hillsdale, New York USA warehouse within forty-eight hours of receipt. Upon request, we will use a different a method of shipment to meet your specific requirement. Unavailable books will backorder and ship automatically unless otherwise specified.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, in addition to shipping charges there is US$4.00 handling fee per order.
